A panel of attorneys will explain the differences between Financial POAs vs Health Care Powers POAs,  Durable POAs, General POAs, and Limited POAs.  Speakers include John Ball, Attorney, John R. And then discuss what elements were used and/or what additional information or actions someone should take to determine if it is a scam. The speaker is Jodi Roberts, Outreach Specialist, Ohio SMP, Pro Seniors, Inc.
