From
Our Readers
Dear Everyone at SOS,
This is written in appreciation for all of you. Erlene, and
Patti have done so much to help me in getting my medical
insurance on track; and all of the useful information
you helped me with. Everything seems to be settled
now and my mind is at ease. Thanks again.
Sincerely,
Lois West
Dear Sue,
Please accept my thanks for the help I received in fnding
a new health care plan. My wife and I had health care
with AETNA for quite a few years. She was employed
at St. Mary’s Central Catholic School where an AETNA
plan covered both of us. After she passed away in 2002,
I picked up coverage with AETNA. I got a letter in Sept.
2013 saying that because of the Affordable Care Act the
plan was going to end on January 31, 2014.
With the help of the Ohio Senior Health Insurance
Information Program (OSHIIP) and in particular Mr. Bill
Biehl, I was able to fnd an affordable plan. Mr. Biehl was
extremely helpful in going to several programs until he
was able to fnd a plan for me. Without his help, I don’t
believe I would have a policy yet.
Thank you and Mr. Biehl for working me through the
necessary steps to fnd new coverage. Please accept my
donation to Serving Our Seniors to use the best way you
see ft.
Best regards,
Pete Koelsch
