He thinks about the day when he will “graduate” from life; and he reflects on ‘What did I learn?’ and ‘What did I leave behind?’ For example, ‘Did I help others along my journey in life?’ ” His advice for aging well into the future, “The greatest attributes to age is when you have your health, your partner and you are gaining in knowledge and wisdom. He recommends people find a way to laugh. It helps your attitude, your sense of well-being and your physical health.
