You can shop for a lower priced supplemental insurance any time of the year! Patricia Stineman, Medicare Education Specialist and Jo Seiler, Medicare Counselor can help you make sense out of this. Call for a personal counseling appointment or on the second Wednesday of each month, 12pm – 1pm is “Medicare Lunch and Learn.” You can stop by, without an appointment, and ask your Medicare questions. This is ideal for those of you who are still working. Just pack your lunch and come on over to Serving Our Seniors, 310 E. Boalt St. – Sandusky. On the second Wednesday of each month, 6pm – 8 pm, at Serving Our Seniors office, is a class called “New to Medicare.” This class will help you see how Medicare coverage works. You would be wise to take the class 6 months to 3 months before you leave your employer’s insurance. Seating is limited to 16.
