Juvenile Court Experienced ▪ Honest ▪ Innovative RE-ELECT Judge Paid for by Committee to Re-Elect Robert DeLamatre, Judge Larry Holkenborg had been feeling tired for a long time. He went to see his doctor, but nothing was found to cause him to feel this way. As it turned out, Larry was suffering from an abscessed tooth, a problem his medical doctor was not able to treat. His dentist Dr. Rumbarger explained, “Some people don’t feel anything like this when they have an abscessed tooth. In cases like Larry’s, a person can feel fatigued and have no energy. This is because he had an infection in his body. After we pulled the bad tooth, the infection went away.” When at the Serving Our Seniors office, Larry shared his story with Sue Daugherty, reporting he feels much better after finally agreeing to let his dentist pull the tooth. It was a tooth he was reluctant to give up. “It bothered me, but it didn’t bother me enough. I was hoping the tooth would get better,” he said. The Tooth, the Whole Tooth and Nothing but the Tooth If you are not feeling well, it may be your dentist, not your physician who may be able to cure what ails you. Take it from Larry and his wife Nancy, they still can’t believe how good he feels! Rylee Barry, age 7, along with her sister Jurnee, age 2, worked to collect a variety of items to help senior citizens over the holidays last year. Rylee hopes her acts of kindness will inspire others to think of the less fortunate this upcoming holiday season. The gifts she collected were given to clients known by Serving Our Seniors who need, but cannot afford these daily necessities.
