Since late 2022, the number of businesses advertising in the magazine have been declining. The more pages in the magazine, the more it costs to print and to mail. It is the advertisers who cover the cost of printing and mailing 19,000 copies of Serving Our Seniors Magazine . It is our advertisers who pay for an additional 500 magazines to be printed and made available at various locations throughout Erie County. If our advertisers do not increase with the next issue, we will have to print a smaller magazine. Would you help us by telling businesses that you noticed their ad in Serving Our Seniors Magazine ? Make a point to thank the advertiser for their help covering the cost so the magazine is free of charge to you and delivered to your mailbox. If you notice a business is no longer advertising in this issue, let them know that you missed seeing them in Serving Our Seniors Magazine. Tell them how much you enjoy receiving this publication and that you read it cover to cover. (If that is what you do.) Finally, be sure to read about our upcoming spring show – Serving Our Seniors’ Sonny & Cher Show (pg 10, 11). We haven’t had the spring show since 2019. Normally, we attract an audience of 300 people. This year, to celebrate its comeback, we want to sell tickets to 600 people. If you have attended in the past, then you know it’s a blast. Tell your family and friends and ask them to help us break the spring show attendance record. We hope you will buy your ticket to Serving Our Seniors’ Sonny & Cher Show, today. Sincerely, Sue Daugherty 3
