They may be gone, but not forgotten. When family and friends leave this world, the void can feel enormous. Regardless of how long they have been gone, there is a desire to keep their spirit alive. Serving Our Seniors is honored to have received memorial contributions as of Sept. 8, 2023 – Nov. 30, 2023 to commemorate the lives of: Bill Bosseti Naomi Hoppe Mildred “Millie” Markus Nancy McPeek Don Miller Robert E. Norman Jim Powers Harold Radde Robert VanScoy, Jr. Joseph Voight Serving Our Seniors received a donation to pay an additional tribute to Jim Buderer for his extraordinary 60 years as a pharmacist. Serving Our Seniors is very proud to use our magazine to recognize those who are living lives worthy of a compliment and to say thank you for being YOU. Since we printed the article “Would You Help Us Keep the Magazine Viable?” in July 2023, we received a total of $2,300.00 in donations to be used to help underwrite the costs of publishing and mailing Serving Our Seniors Magazine. Thank you, readers! All of the bills are in for the Oct.-Dec. 2023 issue of Serving Our Seniors Magazine and we needed to use $2,019.00 of the donated dollars to break even. With fewer advertisers in this issue, the magazine is 20 pages instead of 24 pages. If you enjoy reading the magazine, please tell the businesses from whom you purchase goods and services you noticed they are not advertising in Serving Our Seniors Magazine. It doesn’t take much to support each issue. If we can sell enough to fill a page, the most lucrative ads are the LISTINGS ($75.00/line) and the business card size ad spaces ($225/ad).
