On May 4, 2013,
Serving Our Seniors
and The Erie County
Board of Developmental Disabilities’
“Self-Advocacy Group”
worked together to put on the most entertaining fund-raiser in
their history. Our sincere thanks goes out to the many
volunteers and the businesses that donated gifts; to Matt
Westerhold, Managing Editor of the Sandusky Register for
impersonating Ed Sullivan, for the wonderful performers and for
the Ed Sullivan Show sponsors who underwrote the costs of this
very successful fund-raising event.
The sponsors were:
Brady Sign & Electric, Citizens Banking
Company, Huron Eagles, Parschauer Eye Center, Providence
Care Centers, Meijer, North Coast Clinical Lab, Inc., OE Meyer,
Walter E. Matthews & Associates Insurance, Caterers Nicki &
Andy Ward, Sandusky Community Church of the Nazarene and
Jim Mazza, Sr. Productions. $5,000.00 was raised and equally
shared between the two organizations.
