The drug coverage is called, Medicare Part D. Although one shops for what they want to purchase during October 15 – December 7, the Part D plan does not go into effect until January 1, 2023. Last year, due to Covid, Serving Our Seniors reached out, by telephone, to its existing clients to arrange for the Part D appointments. This year, Serving Our Seniors will not be calling its clients to ask if they would like to arrange a Part D Call in August to Schedule Your Part D Appointment appointment. Those who would like the help of a Part D Advocate or Medicare Counselor to select a Medicare Part D Drug Plan for 2023, will need to call Serving Our Seniors (419-624-1856) and book their appointment. As a reminder, Serving Our Seniors does not care from whom you purchase your Part D insurance.
